Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used or installed.

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

• Damaged products due to customer misuse or mishandling.

• Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.

Return Process

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

3. Once approved, ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service.

4. After we inspect and approve the return, we will issue your refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Partial refunds may be issued for items that are damaged or not in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process above.
